I like exploring and finding new things, but it is not very often one finds something truly NEW.
On Soldi, day 22 of Autumn, 542, (7/27/01) I was exploring some on Tenebrion's Island and noticed that someone had left a hut door unlocked. This is the hut that is just North of the entrance to Flander's poppy field. I stepped in to see if it was vacant, and noticed a tunnel leading out under the floor! I followed the tunnel some distance, where it ended in a door.

An Unexpected Route To Tenebrion's Office.
When I stepped through the doorway, I found myself not only inside Tenebrion's castle, but in his very office! He didn't seem to be expecting any visitiors. Maybe this was Tenebrion's escape tunnel, or a secret entrance for his spies. In any case, I was easily able to enter his castle with having to fight my way through the many guards on his castle grounds. I suspect this will be a useful trick for anyone attempting to raid Tenebrion's castle.
I was lucky enough to be along on a raid into the deep orga camps quite some time ago, when we captured OC4. Little did we realize that it was a full moon that day, and something strange was about to happen. After clearing OC4, we set out to search for any paths or hidden spots that might lead to the fabled fifth orga camp. I was right behind Sagramor on the eastern edge of the camp when he disappeared! With some trepidition, I followed him into the thicket.
I was struck by a wave of powerful sensations that stunned me momentarily.



When my senses cleared, I could see we were in a small featureless room. We thought it might be some peculiar rest area, but the palpable sensation of power kept nagging at us all. Little did we realize that this 'small room' was really a mystical illusion that none of us could see through. I have often wondered what the Orga Magician, who was undoubtedly there watching us, was thinking as we stumbled about unknowingly in his innermost lair.
The next several trips to OC4 turned up nothing where this 'room' was located. Only with time and some careful detective work was it realized that it was only under the full moon that one could pass within to this area, and eventually that a mystic could pierce these illusions and recover a strange and powerful teleportation stone here!
I have also spent some time exploring and mapping the marshes and the paths there. As far as I know, I was the first to discover the second way from the North Marsh directly to the South Marsh. The usual way is to go South from the Southeast tree in the Two-Tree Island sn'ell of the North Marsh (the one South of the East Field). I found that if one walked directly East from the Marsh Hermit's hut off the East edge of the sn'ell, one lands in the South Marsh as well. Walk slowly or you will get lost!

I also first found a path that led directly to the Savanna from the 6-Island sn'ell (saving 1 step), but sadly this seems to have long since become overgrown and unusable. This was unusual in that there were two distinct paths on the same edge of the sn'ell, just in distinct spots (no other place does this happen). It is also the only path to have disappeared completely, to my knowledge.
