Current Training: K'Pyn (Evus).
Circle test this week: The less said, the better ... I used to feel optimistic that I would pass "soon", but now I am not so sure.
Donations: Finishing up the Nox Sorora chapterhouse. There are rumors that upon its completion and dedication, there will be a great release of undine. I remain hopeful that a fun time will result.
Exploration: Lately I have spent some time going over the passes and Greymyr village area looking for caves or crevasses that might allow passage through or over these mountains. Nothing. And Gerag the drake's cave remains inaccessible atop a cliff of loose rock. Hopefully there are no bound Halflings still seasoning in there!
I had a nice time at the weekly POS gathering and hunt , although we did not
get quite as far afield as the sketch might suggest.
I picked a quiet
morning to attempt the island panther challenge. Having failed previously due
to a severe lack of panthers in all the usual spots (south forest, northwest
forest, and northern plains), I decided to give myself a headstart by stockpiling
panthers at the mirror. I wandered all over the south forest and brought panthers
to the mirror, and conveniently slipped out through the hospital back door,
until I had nearly 30 stacked and waiting. It went as smooth as butter, and
I killed over 60 panthers in little of half the allotted time. I felt very smug
picking up my stuffed panther head, but of course this challenge comes a little
late for me, to really be much of a challenge.
